Co-curators Kimari Jackson and Laura Novoa present a tour featuring artists Manuela Gonzalez and Gerbi Tsesarskaia, whose practices share a commitment to slow, hand-intensive processes through which material becomes a vessel for memory. Each uses techniques that accumulate time, and each treats the object as already in motion when it enters the studio, carrying gesture, history, and prior life into new form.
