Join us for the first of our Summer outdoor screenings featuring the movie, Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988).
This month, We Met in Miami hosts a special pre-movie social soiree for Miamians interested in making new friends and discovering romantic connections. Inspired by the current exhibit, Light Play, MOCA’s Summer Film Series steps into the world of neon-noir films. Punctuated by an electronic score, neon soaked visuals and a complicated hero, these films explore urban isolation and moral ambiguity.
General information: Courtyard is open to public for seating at 7pm.Movie begin at 8pm. All tickets include admission to the museum until 8 pm. BYOB - Guests are invited to bring their own seating and snacks
We Met at MOCA special event: This enhanced ticket includes a 21+ mixer before the movie, featuring icebreakers and facilitated conversation exercises, guided small-group tours of our Light Play exhibit, and refreshments. This curated experience is designed to help attendees meet new people and foster meaningful connections through a shared interest in art and film. A limited quantity of tickets are available for this special event.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit: It's 1947 Hollywood, and Eddie Valiant, a down-on-his-luck detective, is hired to find proof that Marvin Acme, gag factory mogul and owner of Toontown, is playing hanky-panky with femme fatale Jessica Rabbit, wife of Maroon Cartoon superstar Roger Rabbit. But when Acme is found murdered, all fingers point to Roger, and the sinister, power-hungry Judge Doom is on a mission to bring Roger to justice.
