After reading Daniel Haack’s book Prince & Knight, children will create their own celebration shields- decorating a personal shield with symbols, colors, and images that represent love, bravery, and who they are. This activity invites reflection on identity, inclusivity, and celebrating the many ways we show love and courage in our lives.
